MC Carpet Care provides residential carpet cleaning, stretching, repair, and related services in the Treasure Valley region. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

• Estimates are provided based on the information you give us and may change if conditions differ at the time of service.
   
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
   
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
   
• MC Carpet Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstance.
   

To ensure the best results, customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe and reasonable access to the areas scheduled for service.
   
• Removing fragile items, valuables, or small furniture before the appointment (unless other arrangements are made).
   
• Informing us of any pre-existing carpet conditions, such as severe wear, permanent stains, or prior damage.
   

• While our team uses professional-grade equipment and techniques, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and cannot be completely removed.
   
• Carpet stretching and repair results may be limited in cases of extreme wear, carpet age, or fiber/backing deterioration.
   
• MC Carpet Care stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
   

MC Carpet Care is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that limit service results.
   
• Items not removed before service (e.g., valuables, electronics, fragile décor).
   
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to cleaning products (though we use safe, professional-grade solutions).
