Born and raised in Meridian, Robert has a passion for serving the community he calls home. Robert named the company MC Carpet Care in honor of his two grandfathers, Mervin and Charles, whose hard work and values inspired him to build a business grounded in integrity, care, and service. MC Carpet Care will arrive for an in-person estimation provided by a licensed and insured technician with laser measurements we will measure around any furniture that will not be cleaned under. After gathering all measurements needed we will provide a clear work order that can be scheduled for a later date, or if time permitted completed then.
Our carpet cleaning service begins by thoroughly vacuuming to remove dry soil and debris. Next, a specialized cleaning solution is applied to break down dirt, oils, and allergens trapped in the carpet fibers. Using advanced low-moisture equipment, we agitate the fibers to lift and extract contaminants without over-wetting the carpet. We groom the carpet with a carpet rake leaving the carpet refreshed as a final step before doing a final walk through showing our results.
The drying time can vary depending on the type of carpet, humidity, and ventilation. With our low moisture process you can expect your carpets to be dry within 1-2 hours after professional cleaning.

Yes. At MC Carpet Care, we always use a professional power stretcher—not just a knee kicker—to ensure your carpet is stretched properly and tightly. Using a power stretcher provides long-lasting results, eliminates wrinkles and ripples more effectively, and helps prevent the carpet from loosening again in the future.
We will work with our client to ensure we can get the work done while understanding there are limitations to what can be moved i.e. pool table, entertainment centers and pianos. We ask you move small furniture if possible and clearing the area of personal items. For stretching, furniture may need to be temporarily lifted or moved to ensure a smooth, even result. If not completely removed we offer non-guaranteed options of stretching carpet
Yes—we stand behind the quality of our work and guarantee professional results. However, it’s important to note that extreme wear conditions, such as heavily worn traffic lanes, carpet that has lost its backing integrity, or fibers that are permanently damaged, may limit how much improvement is possible. In these cases, while stretching or cleaning will still help extend the carpet’s life, some visible wear or permanent damage may remain. We’ll always be upfront with you about what results you can realistically expect before and after any service.
For most homes, we recommend professional cleaning every 6 months-year. High-traffic areas, homes with pets, or allergy-prone households may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
While we do have some stock of carpet it is hard to find an identical match. We ask you provide photos of the damaged area needing repair so we can best determine what will be needed to complete the work. Having spare carpet from your original installation is always the best option for seamless repairs. If you don’t have any, we can often take a matching piece from an inconspicuous area of your home such as a closet and use it for the repair. In cases where no spare carpet is available, we’ll do our best to blend the repair using a closely matching piece, but some slight variation in color or texture may be noticeable due to wear and age differences. All conditions will be discussed and agreed upon before work is started.

We begin every appointment with a thorough vacuuming as well as a counter rotating brush treatment instilling maximum removal of soil. We do recommend vacuuming regularly and before your appointment as it will produce even better results.
